Once you have those numbers you can Google search the device and then determine which drivers you need. Now, drop the box down to select 'Hardware ID's'. To do this you will need to Right-Click the devices and choose properties. What you need to do is identify the devices first. However, there are so many drivers available and I'm not sure exactly which drivers I need to download and install for these devices that appear with yellow exclamation points within Device Manager. I have gone to and have entered in the service tag number for this laptop.
This laptop has the Windows 7 32 bit operating system installed. This is for a Dell Latitude E6420 laptop. I need to determine exactly which drivers to download from Dell's website (see the attached screenshot). FYI - I just got notification that all Windows 8 drivers for my laptop where release today. Under the 'Application' heading and then the ST Microelectronics- Driver. That one is also under the Windows 7 圆4 drivers. Also just found the Unknown device driver.
